Troubleshooting Steps
Dump the XML print ticket text in the debugger by entering the du command with the value of parameter 2
Copy the text returned by the du command and paste it into a blank notepad document
Remove the debugger text in notepad to leave only the XML text from the print ticket
Save the XML text as a file
Evaluate the XML text using PTConform, a tool that is available in the Windows Driver Kit.
