It All Started With a Bean
As a child growing up in Italy, I would wake up to my mother brewing coffee before she went to work every day. Coffee was freshly brewed at most meals--that's why it's always been a part of my livelihood.
The Faba Dream
I came to the states with a dream of owning my own cafe. but found myself working in an office. My coworkers would come to me and ask me to share my fresh brew and soon enough, I was the "voluntold" coffee maker on the team. I found enjoyment in brewing coffee for my coworkers as my mother did when we had family and friends over. I rediscovered my passion, left my desk job, and my dream became Cafe Faba.

Passion and a love for coffee and food is what makes us unique. We only use the finest organic and local ingredients to make sure that your order is as fresh as possible. We often use herbs and spices that come from our outdoor garden. We care as much about your health as we do the health of the planet. That is why we make sure that all of our utensils are either reusable or compostable. When you come to Cafe Faba, you can be sure that we add compassion and love in all that we do. |
