FluidMoveSetTagBehavior |
You can use the FluidMoveSetTagBehavior behavior to write information to a data store so that a FluidMoveBehavior behavior can be applied to an object that shares both a visual relationship and a data relationship with the object to which you have applied the FluidMoveSetTagBehavior behavior. For example, you might apply the FluidMoveSetTagBehavior to an element in a list, and then use a matching FluidMoveBehavior on a details view to make the details seem to fly out of the list.
For more information about how FluidMoveSetTagBehavior and FluidMoveBehavior work together, see FluidMoveBehavior, FluidMoveSetTagBehavior, and the data store.
To add a FluidMoveSetTagBehavior
-
In the Assets panel, click Behaviors, and then drag FluidMoveSetTagBehavior onto the object that you want, either on the artboard or in the timeline.
Note: The object to which the behavior is added provides the context within which this behavior operates.
-
In the Common Properties category, in the AppliesTo drop-down list, select the object that you want to apply the behavior to. Self specifies the object to which the behavior is attached. Children applies to all the children of the object (for example, a layout container) that you have specified.
-
In the Tag Properties category, in the Tag drop-down list, specify the type of data that you want to write to the data store. Select DataContext if you have selected bound data.
-
For more complex data scenarios, you can also specify the dot-syntax constraint. In the Tag Properties category, click Show advanced properties. In the Tag drop-down list, specify the dot-syntax constraints.
