Local Media CHM column has extent Microsoft CHM format help documents, file extension is .chm. You can view chm help content without installation any other software after download here. CHM is still Microsoft default help document format.

Online Media CHM column has Sanwhole Online-CHM. You can view Sanwhole Online-CHM just like you view Local CHM document. The advantage is you don’t have to download CHM, you can view online.

Because the downloaded CHM file uses the latest HTML 5 technologies allow play online video, display slides, light boxes and other high controls. The operating system default CHM preview tool HH.EXE cannot support HTML 5, so these advanced features cannot be previewed correctly.

How do you get HH.EXE to support HTML 5? Using built-in Vole Compatibility Checker can solve this problem, and any Sanwhole software products have built-in Vole Compatibility Checker.

To do this, first, run Sanwhole software products, for example Vole PageShare. In Vole PageShare, click top right Advanced button (with a ‘i’ icon), and select Sanwhole Software Compatibility Checker. In Sanwhole Software Compatibility Checker, click Start Check. In the test results, click the Fix button in front of Vole ****** IE. Your system HH.EXE can then support HTML 5 Preview.
