Vole Office 365 server is a ASP.NET website, can be installed on Windows IIS to provide users with cloud-based services similar to Microsoft 365. Vole Office 365 server is freeware.

365 can be deployed online on cloud servers (VPS) or on local area network computers. When deployed on Windows 10+ computers, it can provide stable service for around 30 people. If deployed on Windows Server 2019+, it can provide stable service for 500 people. The minimum hardware requirements for 365 are: 2GB RAM, 1GB Disk, and 1 Core CPU.

Whether deployed on the Internet or on the LAN, the 365 server can provide users with cloud-based services, including: file permission management, user management, Word, Excel, Diagram and other file editing, multiple file preview, collaborative editing, mail services, scheduling, and contact services. Users do not need to install any software; they only need a browser to use it. Supports multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac. Supports multiple devices such as PC, Phone, Pad, etc.

Vole Office 365 software can complete IIS installation, 365 website installation, start and stop functions, as well as firewall settings. If you are familiar with IIS, you can also install the 365 website yourself. The website files are located in the DAT directory of the software and are named 365.7z. Perform installation, pay attention to opening firewall port 80 so that other computers in the network can access the 365 server.

The system has a simple structure. You only need to install the 365 software on a Windows 10+, or Windows Server 2019+ computer in the LAN (as a data storage host, hereinafter referred to as the 365 host) to support a team of 20-1000-Unlimited people to achieve the following functions: email sending and receiving, file management, Word/Excel editing and collaborative office; all members can access it through a browser (WEB Access support) without installing additional software; team members can also connect to WIFI wirelessly through a Pad/mobile phone to complete all office tasks in the company. For larger companies, you can either deploy one 365 host for all employees or divide 20-30 people into independent teams (such as R&D department and production department). These teams can share the same LAN, but each department with nearly 20 people should be equipped with a separate 365 host to ensure system performance. To achieve remote access to team resources, you only need to ensure that the 365 host is connected to the Internet and install the 365 tunnel software, which will automatically establish a secure tunnel with the Sanwhole server, allowing team members to get the same experience as local access through the Sanwhole server relay.
